St. Nicholas Chimney Services -
Clinton, CT - (860) 227-1136Contact us: service@ctchimneyrelining.com ---> St. Nicholas Chimney Service was founded during the energy crisis of the early 1970’s. We began as chimney sweeps servicing the inspection and cleaning needs of our customers. Our background and technical education in this field have served us well. As time went on and the need for other types of repair grew, the company diversified into all aspects of chimney repair and rebuilding. Today, we specialize in the installation of flue liners for oil-fired boilers and furnaces, gas-fired furnaces, fireplaces and wood stoves, and that is our primary focus. We are fully insured and registered with the State of Connecticut. We have developed an outstanding reputation in the industry. Most of our work comes to us through referrals by satisfied customers, and through our close relationships with local oil and gas companies and wood stove dealers. We provide oil companies and their service technicians with training in the proper assessment of chimney systems, with emphasis on safety concerns, and in the N.F.P.A. codes that apply to the venting of oil, gas, and wood burning appliances. All of our installations are done strictly in accordance with the N.F.P.A. codes and manufacturers’ specifications. All of our liner components are the best that the industry has to offer, and they come with warranties that stay with the home. The warranties, provided by the component manufacturers in brochure form, insure that the new liner systems will always be protected, and that technical service will always be available in the unlikely event that replacement is required. You have our assurance that any liner system or other work will be done in a professional manner, be safe and function properly, and be in strict compliance with applicable codes. We understand that there may be other companies that perform similar work less expensively. When you shop for services, be aware that many types of liner systems are available. Some of those systems are of inferior quality, have limited warranties, and are often installed improperly. To date, there has been no need to rework any of our installations, but we have been called upon to correct or replace some of our competitors’ work. ![]() |
